We recommend …

* Prepare for each trip with a spirit of an explorer because many areas are devoid of tourist facilities catering
* Make the visit with friendly feelings toward the places that we welcome
* Wear comfortable clothing suitable for long walks
* Opt for hiking boots or sports shoes
* Do not forget a water bottle full of water to drink

also recommend to bring:

sunglasses, a hat, long pants, gloves (even in hot weather for any bushes or other obstacles), a backpack, running shoes, in case of muddy areas are recommended for rubber boots, but with a lugged outsole to prevent slipping.
