Bolsena Lake web site is a site "completely independent" and self financed, light, fast, complete, articulate and easy consultation.

The subjects dealt with in the site are essentially for information, with the aim of promoting, improving and protecting the Lake of Bolsena.

The site of the Lake of Bolsena is active from the birth of the web, while the domain is active from 01/03/2000 in both italian and english and currently counts in excess of 50.000 contacts monthly and with an average of 150.000 pages visited. This domain has been reviewed by Republic: The Golden Lake, 'The Lake of Bolsena' as a site informative and comprehensive "useful information" amongst other publications, too numerous to mention.

W3C CSS Icon The appearance of the site of the Lake of Bolsena is realised through version 2 of CSS. It allows the full separation between the contents and the way in which they are introduced, allowing full accessibility to the site to every type of user with every type of device (PC, PDA, WebTV, smartphone) and with every browser, including the non conventional (browser for non sighted, textual browser, browser for cellular). Browsers more dated (for example Netscape Navigator 4.x) is not in a position to correctly interpret the CSS used on the site of the Lake of Bolsena.

It means that with some browsers the layout of the site of the Lake of Bolsena can appear more meagre, in no case however will you be faced with the impossibility to use the site.
